Payment Plan Terms

Thank you for your interest in our Payment Plan Program!!! This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply when participating in our Payment Plan Program.  By participating in our Payment Plan Program, you agree to be bound by the terms listed below and comply with them. This agreement describes the agreement between us (the customer and Bliss Luxury Resale) and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements.  Amendments to this agreement can be made and effected by us from time to time without specific notice to you. Agreement posted on The Site reflects the latest agreement. Please carefully review the Terms before you enter into our Payment Plan Program. 

• Payment Plans are offered on items $500 and up.
• 30% down is required up front in order to reserve the item and put it into the Payment Plan Program. (20% down for Bliss Insiders) 
• Our Payment Plan duration is 6 weeks (12 weeks for Bliss Insiders)
• Payments must be made via Zelle or Apple Pay only. 
• Item(s) must be paid in full within 6 weeks (12 weeks for Bliss Insiders)
• If the item(s) are not paid in full within 6 weeks, the down payment and any additional payments will be forfeited and non-refundable.
• Extra charge for Insurance or signature required at delivery 

If you agree to the above terms and want to enlist an item(s) in our program, please click the button below. An E-Mail form will generate where you will list the description and SKU for the item(s) that you are requesting to be enlisted in the Payment Plan Program. Bliss Luxury Resale will contact you immediately with information on payment arrangements for the 30% down payment. The item(s) will then be pulled from our website and reserved for you. Please note, until the 30% down payment is received, items will still be available for sale on the website

Due to the one of a kind nature of the items we sell, all sales are final. We will only refund based on questions of authenticity. If available, confirmation or proof from a recognized authority is appreciated. The item must be postmarked for return within 48 hours. The 48 hours begins on the date the item is received via carrier documentation. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were sent..

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you would like to purchase insurance or request a signature at the time of delivery, please contact us. We will send you an additional invoice and will be sure to comply with your request.
